Who We Are

At Daughters of Valor, we exist for one reason: to serve the women who serve, and those who walk beside them. We are a peer-led non-profit organization built exclusively for female first responders, military veterans, and the women who support them at home and in life.

Born from the firsthand experiences of a woman who wore the uniform and the weight that came with it, this space was created to meet a deep and often overlooked need, a place where women who give so much of themselves can come to be heard, supported, and seen for who they truly are.

Our community is grounded in mutual respect, lived experience, and the belief that true connection heals. We welcome vulnerability without judgment, stories without shame, and strength that doesn’t always look like toughness. Here, we don’t just talk, we listen. And we don’t just support, we show up.

But our commitment extends far beyond our own walls. Service didn’t end when the job did, it simply evolved. Through volunteer efforts, community outreach, and acts of collective care, we carry our purpose forward. And we continue to serve, beyond the uniform.

Because for women like us, service isn’t just something we did, it’s who we are.
